SPONSORS REGULATIONS 2024
In the town of Erin will take place the event 1st Majestic Paso Fino Horse Show 2024 produced by Hacienda Santa Maria. This event will be regulated under this participation agreement, which it acts as a contract.
1. DATE, HOURS and PLACE OF THE EVENT:
DATE: Sunday, November 3rd, 2024
HOURS: from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
PLACE: Hacienda Santa Maria
ADDRESS: 8712 Wellington County Rd 50, Erin
2. PARTICIPANTS:
General Public, Companies, Private Enterprises, not-for-profit organizations, private and government sector interested in promoting its brand and image, building community relations and contributing to the success of our event.
3. FEES:
• OFFICIAL Sponsor $ 5,000
• GOLD Sponsor $ 2,500
• SILVER Sponsor $ 1,000
• BRONZE Sponsor $ 500
• Horse Riding $10 (Up to 13 Years Old)
• Parking $10
• Free Entrance
• Raffle Tickets $10 to Win 2 Nights In Collingwood Cottage
Price includes:
• 1 electrical outlet, 1 table, 2 chairs
• We provide electrical outlet. Each sponsor is responsible to bring extensions cords
4. RESERVATION & PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Space is limited and reservations are accepted with 100% payment before October 27, 2024.

DEADLINE: OCTOBER 27th, 2024
6. CONDITIONS:
6.1. Requests will be formalized exclusively through the presentation of the Participant contract and directly with Hacienda Santa Maria.
6.2. Hacienda Santa Maria assumes no liability with respect to any property, of any kind, placed upon the premises by the Participant.
6.3. Participant is responsible for ensuring that all rental equipment is returned when the event close in the same condition in which it was received notwithstanding REASONABLE wear and tear and further agrees to accept any and all charges to restore equipment to its original condition; also assumes responsibility for any rented equipment that is DAMAGED during the rental period at an additional cost to cover repair(s) to the items(s) that will be determined at the discretion of Hacienda Santa Maria.
6.4. Hacienda Santa Maria is not responsible for accidents or stolen items from any event’s Participant
6.5. Hacienda Santa Maria is not responsible for Participant products left unattended.
6.6. Hacienda Santa Maria shall be responsible for removing all equipments, displays, advertising materials and the like erected or placed on the premises immediately at the close of the event.
6.7. Hacienda Santa Maria will take photos during the festival to use for promotional purposes. If you sign this contract, you automatically agree to allow Hacienda Santa Maria to use event photos for this purpose, and forfeit the right to legal actions against the festival or its members.
6.8. Participant must have their own liability insurance; Hacienda Santa Maria is NOT responsible for any event of injury, damage, accident or death that may occur to any member of the group during the event.
6.9. Rain or no rain the event will take place. No money refund will be issued in case of rain, or any other inclement weather.
6.10. This is an institutional contract. It is not transferable.
6.11. 100% PAYMENT must be included in the application form for a Sponsor to be considered.
6.12. Cancellations up to and including October 20th, 2024 will receive a full refund of fees.
6.13. Cancellations after October 27th, 2024 will be NOT refunded.
6.14. All Sponsors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Hacienda Santa Maria, the director and representatives harmless against any third party claims arising from the event, excluding any negligence on the part of Hacienda Santa Maria.
7. PROHIBITIONS: The Participant are prohibited from the followings acts and behaviours:
7.1. Sell/distribute or promote any product/service from other company or business
7.2. Sell/distribute any drink, alcohol or beverages (e.g.: pop, water, coffee, sodas, juice, etc.)
7.3. Distribute advertising from others companies
7.4. Participant is not allowed to weld, stick, paint or cause any damage of the venue.
7.5. Try to attract the public’s attention by using loudspeakers, sound equipment, or walking with banners and/or handing out flyers around the event creating general discomfort.
I agree to terms and conditions above of this contract and accept all rules and regulations of the event provided by the company. By providing my phone number, I agree to receive text messages from the business.
